Re-shape is an option because not all patients want a large backside. Some just want a nice shape. ☺️
This patient was told by two other surgeons she did not have enough fat to transfer for a BBL. Doing a total body Liposuction procedure with a high definition technique (OrthoSculpt) allowed us to obtain 900 mL of fat to transfer into her buttocks, giving her the ideal size that she was seeking.
Not all BBL‘s result in extreme proportions. Sometimes a patient’s goal is to re-shape and lift/perk up the buttocks only and to not dramatically change their proportions
